Kobald
What became the quartet of Kobald started out as the live iteration of Brian and Chris – a collaboration between two friends who met in Chapel Hill, NC. and subsequently moved to California. Fraser and Palmatier recruited some folks to play in Brian and Chris and eventually decided to call their creation Kobald as it was a collaboration of 4 and not just 2. Kobald was an occasionally anarchic democracy that bridged the gap between brian_and_chris and White Pine.
